When blood or blood components are needed, the approved mechanism in Jordan is followed by providing the patient or their family with an official card or request to complete the arrangements with the competent authority, after which the blood is received according to the applicable national and regulatory procedures.

Service limitations:
Saudi Hospital does not have an internal blood bank operating as an independent facility for the collection, testing, storage, and dispensing of blood. Therefore, the hospital should not be described as providing fully integrated internal blood bank services.
